Thank you for shopping with HappyHound Labs. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, handle, and deliver orders for our KibbleFlux products within Australia and internationally (if enabled).

1. Order processing times
We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.

Orders are processed within 5–7 business days (excluding weekends and Queensland public holidays).

Orders placed after 12 pm AEST may be processed the following business day.

During peak periods (sales events, product launches, holidays), processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.
If there is any significant delay in processing your order, we will contact you via email.

2. Shipping rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, selected shipping method, and order size.
We typically offer:

Standard Shipping (Australia-wide) – economical delivery

Express Shipping (Australia-wide) – faster delivery

Free Shipping promotions – when applicable
Final shipping costs will always be displayed before you complete checkout.

3. Delivery timeframes (Australia)
Delivery estimates depend on your location and chosen shipping method:
Standard Shipping (Australia)

Metro areas: 3–8 business days

Regional areas: 5–12 business days

Remote or rural regions: 7–20 business days

Express Shipping (Australia)

These are estimates provided by our shipping partners. Delays due to weather, public holidays, courier backlogs, or unforeseen circumstances may occur.

4. Order tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing:

Your tracking number

A link to track your parcel via the courier’s website
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

5. Shipping carriers
We use reputable carriers such as:

Sendle

Aramex

DHL (for international orders)

FedEx (where applicable)
The carrier for your order depends on your location and selected shipping method.

6. Delivery issues
a. Delays
We are not liable for delivery delays once your order has been handed to the carrier.
However, we will do our best to assist if:

Your order is significantly delayed

Tracking has not updated after several days

b. Lost Packages
If your parcel is marked as “lost in transit” by the courier:

We will send a replacement or offer a refund.

Australia Post requires lost item claims to wait a minimum timeframe before they can investigate (usually 10+ business days depending on route).

c. Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout.

If the address is incorrect and the parcel has not yet shipped, we can update it.

If the parcel has already shipped, we are not responsible for non-delivery.

If the parcel is returned to us, we can reship it at your cost.

7. Damaged items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Photos of the damage

A brief description
We will assess the damage and send a replacement or offer a suitable solution under our Returns Policy and the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Pre-order items
If KibbleFlux items are available on pre-order:

Estimated shipping windows will be provided on the product page.

Pre-order dates are estimates and may change due to manufacturing or supply-chain delays.

Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may be shipped together or separately depending on your selection at checkout.

9. Shipping during extreme weather or disruptions
Shipping carriers may experience delays due to:

Extreme heat

Flooding
-
Storms or bushfires

Pandemic-related restrictions

Industrial action
We cannot guarantee shipping timeframes during these periods but will communicate known delays when possible.
